Christina, I hope some day you see this.I too used to be bigger girl when I was younger. I’ve managed to lose the weight but even I still feel uncomfortable at times. I also cover my arms up and feel ugly at times. Just know that you are beautiful, and we all have bad days.you will get through this and come out a winner.
Many people feel this way. Society, peer pressure, tell us we have to look perfect. Confidence is nearly married to good looks. I understand this. I would rather change my looks in order to gain confidence than be laughed at or ignored because of the way I look. I wish others treated everyone well, but judgment is painful and difficult to be the object of. So, fix it because the fix is available and it’s healthy and boosts your confidence, but determine that the heart is just as important, if not more, and never be so unkind that you shun someone just because of the way they look… simply love them to health. “You’re fat” causes internal pain and comfort food to increase, not slow down.
