I think there are more like three different types of people. 1. People who like to exercise. 2. People who haven’t found something they enjoy doing (through some sort of exercise) or can’t quite do something as efficiently as they would like to. 3. People who actually hate exercise. A lot the time people who “don’t like it” simply don’t try or can’t do it efficiently as they would like to – which can really just mean they will like it once they can do something efficiently enough and find something fun to do and get gratifications from from it. Thus, enjoying it at least a little.
