Some people absolutely love making a New Year’s resolution. It’s a chance to start fresh with new goals and renewed motivation. Others loathe the idea of a resolution, arguing that they are useless because few people keep them. We’ve given some advice before on the topic, listing 7 New Year’s resolutions you will be able to keep and 5 ways to make your New Year’s resolutions actually happen, but this little girl in the video below has us thinking critically about the whole idea behind them.

The adorable 4-year-old below speaks to both of the aforementioned personality types: those who love making resolutions and those who’d rather not. She is all about making changes in the coming year, but she doesn’t like the idea that you have one day to change. She argues that you can’t just make one, big decision or resolution and expect everything to be different.
