As anyone who has ever seen The Bachelor knows, the romantic show is full of over-the-top drama and crazy characters. The moms behind the YouTube parenting channel WhatsUpMom certainly know this to be true, so– inspired by the popularity of The Bachelor– they came up with the most brilliant parody video: The Babysitter.

On the Bachelor, one lucky guy (or girl on The Bachelorette) sets out on a dating adventure in hope of finding the love of his life. In the mommy version, “The Babysitter, Brooke– a mom of 2 boys– sets out on an epic journey to find the perfect sitter for her kids.

If you’ve ever seen The Bachelor, you know how spot-on this spoof is. From the always-awkward limo introductions, to the over-the-top flashes of light transitioning between shots, to the date card to the dreaded “Hey can I steal you for a sec?”… these moms have their parody down!

One highlight would be the line from Leslie– a former pageant winner– which starts with the typical contestant line, “I’m not here to make friends,” but continues with a babysitter twist: “I’m here to make $15 an hour.”
