Bayezid Hossain is a small boy trapped in an old man’s body. The Bangladeshi is only four years old, but his wrinkled, swollen face and sagging skin tell a different story –one of a man who has been around for decades.
Bayezid suffers from a rare condition that has left him unable to live a normal childhood and scared kids of his age away. He has Progeria，an extremely rare genetic disorder in which aging symptoms are manifested at a very early age, as well as a disease called Cutis Laxa, a rare skin disease that affects connective tissue in the body, according to a consultant, Debashis Bishwas, from the Magura Central Hospital.
The young boy also suffers from Cutis Laxa, a rare skin disease that affects connective tissue in the body. Bayezid also experiences a number of complications including difficulties in urinating, weak and broken teeth, and aching joints.
