Some days are good and others are just terrible. People ask if God sees or knows about the suffering we go through. The truth is, he not only sees and knows, but he cares deeply about what we go through. Even Jesus was acquainted with sorrow and there is nothing that we go through that He can’t identify with.

What I have found is that when I am discouraged or facing challenges that feel overwhelming, if I keep my eyes on Jesus, problems seem to fade. As I gaze on Jesus—only Jesus—He comes and cares for the things I care about. He takes care of the details and sometimes its unexplainable how He accomplishes it. One of the ways that I keep my eyes on Jesus is through worship.

When I heard this beautiful song, it helped me refocus my eyes back on Jesus. Titled “Jesus, Only Jesus”, written by Charles Billingsley and performed by Billingsley, Guy Penrod, Michael O’Brien and Travis Cottrell, this song gave me goosebumps it’s so beautiful! Just wait until you catch how amazing this is for your heart.
